Welcome to Elite Hive. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Hive website and services ("Platform"). By creating a professional creator account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Creator Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and onboarding process.

2. Content & Platform Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on the Platform. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content that violates our policies.

3. Revenue Share & Payouts

Elite Hive provides the infrastructure to receive financial contributions from fans. As a creator, you receive a 60% share of the gross contribution amount. The remaining 40% Platform Fee covers M-Pesa transaction costs, platform maintenance, security, and continued investment in creator tools.

Earnings are subject to a standard 21-day clearing period to account for transaction processing and security reviews. Payouts for any cleared monthly balance can be requested from your Payments dashboard and are processed to your verified M-Pesa number.

4. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is critical to our operation. Our data collection and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, through other platform communication channels. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
