Your creator profile is the central hub of your data. It stores everything from your user-managed information (name, bio, social links) to system-managed statistics (vote counts, earnings). All data is protected by strict security rules, ensuring only you can access and manage your sensitive information. Public data, like your name and handle, is visible on your fan-facing voting page.
1. A fan makes a contribution via our secure M-Pesa integration. 2. A 'Vote' document is created as an immutable ledger entry. 3. A backend process validates the transaction and creates a corresponding 'Earning' document, calculating your 60% revenue share. 4. This earning enters a 21-day clearing period for security. 5. Once cleared, the amount is added to your 'Available for Payout' balance. 6. You request a payout, which our system securely processes as a B2C transaction to your verified M-Pesa number.
Rankings are a data-driven measure of business performance, not popularity. They are calculated based on your monthly contribution volume and are segmented by your specific content category. This allows for fair comparison against your peers. Consistently high performance makes you eligible for nomination to the annual Elite Creator Awards, a mark of professional excellence on the platform.
